Reservations
To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name
Birthday
CPF or passport number
Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip Code
Telephone
Email
Entry time to the property
Departure time from the property
Name of other guests (if any);

Payment methods, reservations, rent and deposit
To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
Payment for 50% of the reservation can be made by transfer/PIX/bank slip or credit card
Payment for the remainder of the rent must be made at the time of signing the contract and handing over the keys.

In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer
Your reservation will be validated from the moment the Desenrola Anfitrião reservations department confirms payment

If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rental property ceases to be available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check in
Check-in time: 3pm to 9pm

The customer is obliged to inform us of their arrival time and to give us their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. During the Desenrola Anfitrião check-in process, the customer must call our check-in department (available 24/7), (+55) 88 99907 6357, up to 2 hours before arriving at the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.

Check-out
Check-out time: 1pm to 2pm

An employee of Desenrola Anfitrião will meet the customer, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.

Cancellation and changes to the reservation
Free cancellations up to 14 days before accommodation. Request cancellation rules for HOLIDAYS and CELEBRATIONAL DATES. After this period it will not be possible to refund the amount paid, and a VOUCHER may be generated (request rules)

Note 1.: VOUCHER generation will only be possible for cancellations made up to 24 hours before accommodation! Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be entitled to rescheduling and/or use of a VOUCHER

Note2.: For payments made by credit card, the amount is refunded but the fee for the machine is deducted.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rent as well as any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.

Visitors
There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption, it is necessary to check your rental contract. In case of energy charges, the customer must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rental is longer than 30 days, after each month.
